Returns & Shipping


Under normal conditions all items will be shipped by USPS 1st Class mail within 1-3 business days from the purchase date. Orders that reach 14oz or more are automatically shipped USPS Priority Mail. 

Insurance: Venerable Vaping Inc highly recommends purchasing Insurance on all orders. The Insurance option is available in your shopping cart. Any order without insurance is shipped at the Buyers risk. Venerable Vaping Inc cannot be held responsible if the carrier loses or damages your order (see Shipping Insurance below).

Expedited Shipping can be requested as on option in the shopping cart at an additional charge.

Venerable Vaping Inc is not responsible for any order once it is delivered to the designated postal service. All order are sent with a tracking number to allow the Buyer to track and inquire about the delivery of their order. The Buyer must contact the designated postal service for information regarding deliver of the order.

Buyer may request a refund for items not shipped within three (3) business days of the purchase date unless it is for a "Pre-Delivery". Pre-Delivery sales indicate the expected shipping date with a two (2) week variance. Pre-Delivery orders cannot be cancelled until the two (2) week variance has passed from the originally noted delivery date.

A 3.5% cancellation processing fee charged by the Merchant Account will be assessed against all cancelled orders. 

Returns & Exchanges:

The devices sold on this website are hand held electronic devices. Do to the nature of these devices they are only guaranteed to arrive in working condition. Items received DOA may be returned within seven (7) days from receipt for an exchange or a refund of the cost of the item. 

If an item is found to be in working condition upon it's return a 25% minimum restock fee will be accessed based on the condition of the returned item.

Shipping costs are never refunded.

Buyer must pay for return shipping.

Any used items are not returnable.

Items with a description of "Advanced User" are not returnable.

Shipping Insurance


Covers freight from all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause (subject to exclusions) while in transit. Shipments must originate from the United States of America, Canada, Australia, or the United Kingdom and must be sent via Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS), DHL, or the United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipments sent via and originating from any other shipping carrier are excluded from coverage. Coverage is for outbound shipments and is package-by-package, only

If you reside in the state of California, you acknowledge that the insurance coverage is provided by certain Underwriters at Lloyds. Lloyds of London is a non-admitted insurer.

All provided information regarding shipments that require coverage must be correct and complete. If incorrect details are provided when insuring a package there will be no coverage. For example: If a package is submitted for insurance and declared as a USPS First Class mail shipment but actually sent via the USPS Priority Mail service, or any other service or carrier, there is no coverage.

In order for a package to be covered, the shipping carrier must have verified acceptance of your package for mailing. This is found on the respective tracking websites of the shipping carriers. If a shipping label is printed but not scanned by the carrier as accepted it is deemed as never been mailed and there is no coverage.

Coverage Limits
This insurance covers up to $2,000.00 per package for non USPS First-Class mail shipments and $999.99 for USPS First-Class mail shipments.

Pay special attention to the following coverage exclusions and conditions:
  • Not all commodities and destinations are covered. Make sure the item(s) that you are shipping (Exclusion A) and the destination (Exclusion B) are not excluded from coverage.
  • Items must not be shipped in the original manufacturers packaging or any packaging that alludes to the contents. (Exclusion E)
  • Jewelry (includes necklaces, earrings, watches, rings, bracelets, broaches, etc) with a value of $500.00 or more must be sent with the direct or adult Signature Confirmation service provided by the shipping carriers. (Conditions B)
  • All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim. (Condition F, a)
  • During the claims process, a claim statement/affidavit signed by the recipient (or intended recipient) will be required. This is a form document provided by Shipsurance that allows the recipient (or intended recipient) to indicate loss or damage. (Condition F, c)

  • Claims
    1. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of or released to the shipping carrier before a claim is completed as photographs will be required. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.
    2. Concealed Damage - Allows for the discovery of loss or damage up to 15 days after final delivery. The loss is deemed to have possibly occurred during the insured transit. Discovery of loss or damage occurring 16 days or later after final delivery is deemed to have occurred while the shipment was NOT in transit, and therefore, is not covered.
    3. The Insured will file immediate notice of non-delivery, damage, or shortage with the Shipping Carrier and with SHIPSURANCE. Take proper exceptions on the delivery receipt when any loss or damage is apparent at the time of taking delivery. The Insured will complete a SHIPSURANCE claim form and provide all required documents to SHIPSURANCE within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the date of shipment. If the carrier has liability and their remittance (carrier's claim check and stub) or response has not been received by the Insured within the 120 day timeframe, all other claim paperwork must be received by SHIPSURANCE within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days from the date of shipment. A complete claim submission includes a SHIPSURANCE claim form, proof of mailing, a copy of the carrier's tracer form, a copy of the invoice or recent appraisal, photos of damaged goods and packaging, a repair estimate, a claim statement signed by the recipient, and any other documentation requested by SHIPSURANCE. Failure to complete the claim form and follow all claim instructions could lead to non settlement of claim.
      1. If the shipment is sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), complete claims must be submitted and received by SHIPSURANCE within one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days of the shipment date. If the claim is for loss the Insured must wait 20 calendar days (Domestic shipments) or 40 calendar days (International shipments) before filing claim with SHIPSURANCE.
    4. All damaged property that was not repaired must be made available (given) to SHIPSURANCE or INS if requested.
    5. Once claim has been accepted and approved by the underwriters, prompt payment will be made to the Insured. SHIPSURANCE and INS rely on the determination of responsibility made by the original Shipping Carrier to assist in substantiating the loss.
  • Claim Disputes
    1. This Certificate shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
    2. The parties agree that any and all claims or disputes arising out of the Certificate or the performance of the Certificate shall be brought in Los Angeles County, California.
    3. The Insured agrees to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS SHIPSURANCE and Underwriters from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees that they may incur due to misreading, misunderstanding, and not following the coverage requirements as per this SHIPSURANCE certificate or as endorsed.

  • International Shipping

    At this time Venerable Vaping ships directly to Canada & UK.
    All others must use International Checkout


    Venerable Vaping has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, or bank transfer. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service.     International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Venerable Vaping. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO / FPO addresses.

    Venerable Vaping Inc may at times ship Internationally. Venerable Vaping Inc will complete they US Customs paperwork to the best of our ability. Venerable Vaping Inc can never be held responsible for shipments that are confiscated or returned by any foreign countries Customs agency. Nor is Venerable Vaping ever responsible for additional duties or fees owed for the importation of the shipment.

    Additionally, Buyer holds Venerable Vaping Inc Harmless against any action brought against it for shipping to the Buyer.

    If a shipment is returned by a Foreign Customs Agency, Venerable Vaping Inc will refund the purchase price of the item less any additional fees or charges incurred by its return.
